Previously, Lodenius spent nine years as senior VP of marketing and product management at Qualcomm CDMA Technologies, was a product manager at LSI Logic and a product manager at Ericsson.

Laurence Lundblade

Laurence Lundblade is a managing principal engineer for Qualcomm CDMA Technologies (QCT) where he works on a number of the security systems, including the BREW application signing system, the BREW mutual authentication protocol and various security-related BREW APIs. Prior to his current role, Lundblade worked in the Qualcomm Eudora® products division where he served on the team responsible for creating the Eudora Internet Suite browser and email client for the Palm OS™ platform.

Vicki Mealer is responsible for the products and solutions within BREW, including uiOne, marketOne and deliveryOne. She joined Qualcomm in 1997, and held various project management positions in Qualcomm's Corporate IT group. Within QIS, Mealer has played a key role in the design, delivery and evolution of the BREW Delivery System and was instrumental in establishing the first QIS office in Europe and initiating business development in the region. She has a Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems from Iowa State University and a Master's Degree from Ohio State University.

Seamus McAteer

Chief Product Architect and Senior Analyst, M:Metrics

Seamus McAteer has been assisting clients in the wireless and portable computing sectors since the early 1990's. McAteer founded M:Metrics in 2004 to measure consumption of mobile content and wireless applications. M:Metrics builds on work he carried out at Zelos Group, a boutique advisory services firm. Prior to founding Zelos Group, McAteer was a research fellow with Jupiter Research and a senior analyst with SRI International. McAteer speaks regularly at major trade events such as CTIA 2005, GDC Mobile and JavaOneSM and is extensively quoted in venues such as NPR, New York Times and Business Week.

Mike McMullen is an LBS Product Manager with Sprint Nextel. He has been working on CDMA location based services for five and a half years and held key roles developing Sprint's location strategy. McMullen has seven years experience in telecommunications and sixteen years in product/project management. He holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering Technology from Kansas State University.

Eitaro Nishijima

Eitaro Nishijima was integral in the inception of Q3D-integrated mobile phones with KDDI in Japan and helped establish the evaluation and performance guarantee for OpenGL®ES in all Q3D-loaded devices. In 2005, Nishijima presented a mobile version of 3DUI and Project Looking Glass, at JavaOne™ 2005. Currently, he is focusing wholeheartedly on the development of stable high-speed games for the mobile phone.

Ressler joined Qualcomm in 2000, after three years with SnapTrack® where she played a key role in driving the rollout of handset-based location for E911. Takashi Shigeno joined KDDI in 1986, and held roles in customer service, customer management/billing systems and sales planning for the fixed phone business. In 2001, he served as the head of the data business planning group of KDDI, where he lead the data strategy development of the "au" business and the "au" EVDO service development, including marketing/sales strategy, service planning, infrastructure deployment, etc. Shigeno's current responsibilities cover service/application planning and development for "au".

His second venture, Datumcom, was founded in 1995 and became the leading international supplier of vehicle-based positioning services and infrastructures, later transitioning telematics. With the decision to develop applications for the mobile user, LOC-AID® Technologies was founded and is focused solely on this developing LBS market. Sudit received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in mechanical and manufacturing engineering from Ohio State University.

His group maintains the AGPS servers (PDE) that are accessible to developers prior to commercial launch. Prior to joining Qualcomm in 2000, he served as installation project manager for Trimble Navigation's 9-1-1 business unit, delivering and installing GPS/AVL systems to public safety agencies worldwide. A retired U.S. Navy flight officer, he holds an M.A. in Education from San Jose State University and a B.S. in Aviation Management from Metropolitan State College in Denver, CO.

Currently, Howard's focus is to make the latest game audio features a reality on mobile handsets.
