Hotel Discounts
A special block of rooms is being held for BREW 2004 Developers Conference attendees at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina. You are eligible for a special conference nightly rate of $219 single or double occupancy for a deluxe room (higher floor, Bay or City view and balcony).
To receive these special discounts, please make your hotel reservations at the time of your conference registration. If you are unable to complete your hotel room request at the time of your conference registration and wish to reserve a room, please contact BREW 2004 Housing directly at BREW2004@nthdegree.com.
The deadline to receive new hotel room requests is 5:00 PM PST on Wednesday, May 12, 2004. Room requests made after this date cannot be guaranteed.
Any changes to your existing reservations must be sent via email to BREW2004@nthdegree.com by Friday, May 14, 2004. Once your reservation is confirmed, your hotel confirmation number will be emailed to you within 3-5 business days.
Hotel Shuttle
For hotel guests, the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina offers a complimentary shuttle service between the airport and the hotel (5:30 am-midnight). Please note that there are two (2) towers at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina; vans depart every 15 minutes for your convenience from both the East and West Tower lobbies. When arriving from the airport, the shuttle will drop all attendees off at the tower they are staying in.
Airfare Discounts
Take advantage of special discounted rates offered by American Airlines and United Airlines, the official partner airlines for the BREW 2004 Developers Conference. Discounts include up to 10% off published fares and special Zone fares ranging from $282 to $626 (depending on departure city within the continental U.S. & Canada), with no Saturday stay required (2 night minimum stay). When using the internet, you may not be getting the best fare! Call the numbers below to get additional discounts off of the lowest promotional fare.

United Airlines
Call United Airlines' toll-free number (1-800-521-4041) and refer to Meeting Authorization # 517NQ to book your flight reservations at special negotiated discount rates. Travel may originate outside the U.S., but tickets must be issued from within the U.S./Canada. For international flights please call (01-819-1760) for Europe or (01-2011-4466) for Asia and request the meeting department.

From San Diego International Airport via car:
Exit terminals and parking lot area by following signs to Harbor Island Drive. The hotel is .063 miles on the right. The hotel is across the street from the airport and travel time is approximately 3 minutes. Please note that the Sheraton has two towers. The conference will take place in the East Tower (the first tower you pass on the right). Attendees will receive notification as to which tower their hotel room is in, along with a confirmation number, soon after booking.
Directions to the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina from Interstate 5:
Proceeding on Interstate 5 NORTH, exit Hawthorne Street/San Diego Airport exit. Follow N. Harbor Drive to Harbor Island Drive. At Harbor Island Drive turn Left onto the island. The Sheraton San Diego East Tower is on the immediate Right. To get to the Sheraton San Diego West Tower, proceed to the corner and curve to the Right.
Proceeding on Interstate 5 SOUTH, exit Sassafras Street/San Diego Airport. Follow to Laurel Street and turn Right. Stay in the Right lane; it will merge into N. Harbor Drive. At Harbor Island Drive turn Left onto the island. The Sheraton San Diego East Tower is the first building on the Right. To get to the Sheraton San Diego West Tower, proceed to the corner and curve to the Right.
