A: Authenticated BREW Developers may submit requests to BREW Support via the BREW Customer Support Portal. This replaces sending email requests and you can track the status of your service requests, review responses, and provide follow-up information. You can access the portal by clicking here or from the Technical Support link under the Support & Services tab on the Developer Extranet.
