1. Q: Whom should we contact if we have a question about the Developer Extranet?
A: If you have a question about the Developer Extranet, then please submit a request using the BREW Customer Support Portal. You can find it by clicking here.

2. Q: Whom should we contact if we have a problem accessing the Developer Extranet?
A: To reset your Developer Extranet password, please click here.

3. Q: How do I provide extranet access to BREW tools and documentation for 3rd party developers?
A: An authenticated BREW developer may choose to allow third party developers access to the BREW tools and documentation on the Extranet by adding additional users under its company. It is recommended the users be assigned the "Application Developer" user role, which only grants access to the BREW Tools and the Extranet content pages. This role does not grant access to application information, extensions, or reports. The company's "Developer Extranet Administrator" users can add users to the company through the Developer Extranet User Management functionality.
