Reaxion Announces Explosive Growth in BREW®-Based Game Sales

- Company Reveals Significant Milestone at Qualcomm's BREW 2004 Developers Conference -

SEATTLE - June 8, 2004 - Reaxion Corporation, a leading developer and publisher of mobile entertainment applications and solutions, today announced a more than 250% quarter-to-quarter rise in first quarter 2004 revenues from the sales of its games developed on Qualcomm's BREW solution. The significant announcement was made at the BREW 2004 Developers Conference being held June 7-9 in San Diego.

The dramatic rise of Reaxion's revenues can be attributed to the significant growth the company has been experiencing with regards to its gaming titles. During the first quarter of 2004, the number of Reaxion-developed games tripled, while the number of operators offering Reaxion's BREW-based games grew from four to 17. In addition, Reaxion launched the first BREW-based Multimedia Message Service (MMS) client that provides the technology platform for Reaxion's magazine and club-based products.

Reaxion has recently released a number of new BREW games, specifically Icemaze, Nickelodeon's Bleeposaurus and Mini Golf. Reaxion will be launching a host of new multimedia magazines and clubs via the BREW solution this year that leverage its MMS capabilities and will bring quality-branded content to mobile users worldwide. Reaxion will also be releasing exciting new multiplayer versions of their successful games such as Fight Hard Arena, Mahjong Arena and Mini Golf Arena, which leverage the company's Gamarama™ platform launched earlier this year. New single player games include the popular YETISPORTS title Pingu Throw.

"We are delighted to report these excellent growth figures," said Misha Lyalin, founder and CEO of Reaxion. "The growth in our sales is attributed to the BREW solution's comprehensive approach. From the tools provided to support development to the comprehensive back-end billing and settlement system, the BREW solution truly encompasses all that publishers and developers need in order to achieve success. We are looking forward to bringing a significant number of new games and multimedia services to BREW-based operators throughout 2004 and beyond."

"Companies like Reaxion continue to enhance the wireless gaming space through the development of applications that appeal to a wide audience," said Mike Yuen, director of BREW Developer Relations, Qualcomm Internet Services. "Reaxion's impressive growth rate is solid proof that the BREW solution is delivering functionality and profitability to developers, publishers and operators."
